Top News07/11/2025
Apave Sahel and SAIPEM, both committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), have joined forces in Senegal for a training program focused on the acquisition of essential skills, thereby promoting the employability of young people and strengthening the safety culture. This fruitful collaboration arose after Apave conducted a non-destructive testing mission on behalf of SAIPEM, which now sought to enhance its social impact by investing in local human capital.

Thanks to SAIPEM's initiative, some 120 Senegalese students had the opportunity to benefit from crucial training directly applicable in various business sectors. The modules offered included electrical qualification, first aid, fire safety, and slinging techniques.

APAVE Sahel played a pivotal role in the implementation of this large-scale project, mobilizing four of its most qualified experts, each specialized in the fields covered by the training. These professionals led a total of sixteen intensive training sessions, spread over nine days. Each module benefited from four dedicated sessions, enabling a progressive and in-depth acquisition of knowledge and skills.
