Your inspection challenges
Regular inspection of your facilities, equipment and processes is a key factor in meeting your objectives. First and foremost, it helps prevent accidents and protect people (employees, users, customers, etc.) from the risk of technical incidents. Having your equipment regularly inspected is also a prerequisite for ensuring its compliance with the legal requirements and standards in force in your sector.
Periodic inspection also contributes directly to extending the service life of your plant, machinery and equipment. It also reduces the risk of breakdowns and malfunctions, helping to maintain business continuity.

Your questions about our inspection services
-
When is inspection of my plant and equipment mandatory?
The inspection of certain installations and equipment may be required by local regulations applicable to the sector of activity concerned, at specific intervals. This applies in particular to electrical installations, pressure equipment, lifting equipment, fire-fighting equipment and establishments open to the public. Inspections may be required at commissioning, periodically, after a significant modification or following an incident. Apave Côte d'Ivoire can help you identify your regulatory obligations, define the appropriate frequency and ensure the ongoing compliance of your installations. -
How often should I have my plant and equipment inspected?
Inspection frequency depends above all on the type of equipment, its use and the applicable regulatory requirements. It can be annual, periodic or following specific events (commissioning, modification, incident, accident, etc.).
As a general rule, we strongly recommend that you carry out an inspection of your plant and equipment as soon as it is commissioned. You will then need to carry out regular checks and tests, according to the frequency imposed by local regulations and your own specifications. -
What deliverables and documents are provided after an inspection?
At the end of each assignment, Apave provides you with a detailed inspection report, in compliance with current regulations. This document specifies the findings, any non-conformities and associated recommendations. It can be presented to the relevant authorities and incorporated into the monitoring of your installations. -
What is your scope of intervention?
Our highly mobile teams can travel anywhere in Ivory Coast (San-Pédro, Abidjan, Bouaké, Daloa, Yamoussoukro, Korhogo, Man, Abengourou...), whether in major cities or rural areas.
