Construction of the Tunis City of Culture

The City of Culture is a 9-hectare Tunisian cultural complex in the center of Tunis. It represents one of the largest projects in Tunisia over the past two decades. 
The complex is equipped with several cultural spaces such as modern theaters, an Opera , rehearsal studios, cinemas, an auditorium, an exhibition hall and shopping malls. 
Apave was able to contribute to the construction of this major work, which lasted about 15 years, to control all the risks involved and ensure its safety.

A Tunisian cultural complex of 52 hectares including a set of spaces for live performances: 

General public reception area, 
3 concert halls (1800, 700 and 300 seats) ,
7 production studios,
Media library of current events,
2 cinemas : 150 and 350 seats,
Artists' house,
National art and exhibition gallery composed of 3 exhibition halls with a storage room,
General administration of the city, 
Space for trade activities, 
Signalling element called "tower of culture", 
Parking areas
