Pressure Equipment Inspection (ESP)

Inspection of Pressure Equipment (ESP) in Morocco: Apave Morocco guarantees the safety of your installations and the reliability of your ESP through regulatory inspections carried out by qualified inspectors.

Why have your pressure equipment inspected?

Thanks to the expertise of our qualified inspectors, Apave Morocco supports you in ensuring the safety, reliability and performance of your Pressure Equipment (ESP). To prevent any risk, regular maintenance and periodic inspection are essential.

ESP is at the heart of many industrial processes. In the event of failure, it can cause serious damage to people, property and the environment. A malfunction in a pressure vessel can lead to: fire, explosion, leakage of toxic gases or flammable/corrosive fluids, poisoning, and then production stoppages and regulatory sanctions in the event of non-compliance.

These major risks highlight the importance of continuous monitoring and rigorous technical control.

Our ESP inspection services

To ensure that your technical installations function properly and comply with current standards, our teams provide you with access to a range of services.

Regulatory inspections

Our experts are involved in all stages of inspecting your high- and low-pressure equipment:

  • Gas pressure equipment (equipment for the production, storage and use of compressed, liquefied or dissolved gas, etc.).

It is crucial that these devices are equipped with appropriate devices, control and protection mechanisms. Poor maintenance or mishandling can lead to serious risks.

  • Steam pressure devices (steam generators, evaporation units, steam vessels, boilers, heated storage tanks, heat exchangers, etc.).

These devices are commonly used in industrial environments (power stations, factories, etc.). If poorly maintained, they can become dangerous. Regular inspection to ensure that they comply with safety standards is a legal requirement.

Hazardous goods management

We also provide services related to the management of risks associated with the transport of hazardous goods, which are subject to strict regulations (control, receipt of materials, monitoring of repair work, detection of possible leaks, etc.).

Other services

We support you throughout the entire life cycle of your equipment:

  • Inspection of valves and fittings;
  • Verification of construction files and regulatory tests;
  • Periodic regulatory assessments.

ESP training and accreditations

What are your needs?

Apave Morocco supports you on a daily basis to meet your various needs:

  • Installing, operating and maintaining all types of pressure equipment safely by trained and authorised personnel;
  • Designing, manufacturing and repairing pressure equipment;

What training is available?

To ensure that you and your employees are authorised to operate a pressure system, Apave Morocco offers two training courses:

  • Authorisation to operate and maintain pressure equipment, excluding autoclaves and steam generators (AP/R022);
  • Authorisation to operate and maintain (AP/R225).

Do you have a project?

Your questions regarding the inspection of pressure equipment

  • Who are our pressure system inspection services aimed at?

    They are aimed at all organisations that use this type of equipment, whether industrial companies, tertiary establishments, residential buildings, public bodies or energy production facilities.

  • What are the risks involved in the event of a technical failure?

    In the event of failure, ESPs pose a high potential risk that could result in significant human, material and environmental damage.
    The most common risks are: fires or explosions, leaks of hazardous substances (toxic gases, flammable or corrosive fluids), poisoning, high-speed flying debris, shock waves, and even production stoppages and regulatory penalties for non-compliance.

    Our regular inspections directly contribute to reducing these risks, while extending the service life of your equipment.
