An enthusiastic supporter of mobility, Marquardt is a key player in the automotive sector, emphasising its capacity for innovation and sustainable development. With quality at the heart of its concerns, Marquardt is expanding its production capacity by building a new mechatronics unit in Tunisia. The Apave Director for Africa held a meeting in Tunis with the Business Unit Managers for Africa and the support services, in order to offer a complete range of services to his client. Marquardt Tunisia continues to place its trust in us for the construction of its new industrial unit. Whether for electronic assembly, injection moulding, plastic painting, stamping, electroplating or final assembly, Marquardt wants to guarantee the reliability of its production by relying on quality partners.

A new production unit

With a total surface area of 126,000 m², including 33,000 m² of covered space, this new factory project in El Fejja strengthens Marquardt's presence of more than 32 years.
Noureddine Yakoubi, Managing Director of Marquardt Tunisia, said that this extension of the group's activities in Tunisia represented a new chapter for the group in Tunisia.

"This expansion project is proof not only of the group's confidence in our country, but also of its confidence in the skills and partners present in Tunisia... This new site, with a covered area of 33,000 m², will initially be dedicated to the production of control panels for the interiors of top-of-the-range vehicles. The main activities planned for this site are plastic injection, electronics production, assembly and the manufacture of special machines", he emphasised.

Our missions

Apave Tunisie had the advantage of carrying out technical building inspections for this client, with three main missions, namely:

  • Solidity of structures and inseparable equipment
  • Safety of people in completed buildings
  • Operation of installations

For nearly 10 years, Apave has been helping Marquardt Tunisia to manage the risks associated with its business. It was obvious that, as part of its development, Apave should continue its collaboration. Appreciated for its reliability and experience.

We would like to thank our customer Marquardt Tunisia for its trust and availability.
